VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - April 19, 2010) - Notice is hereby given that the Annual General 
Meeting of Shareholders of Greystar Resources Ltd. (TSX:GSL)(AIM:GSL) (the "Company") will be held at the 
offices of Bull, Housser & Tupper LLP, Evergreen/Fir Boardroom, 30th Floor, 1055 West Georgia Street, 
Vancouver, British Columbia, on Monday, May 3, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. PDT, for the following purposes: 
 
(a) To receive the financial statements of the Company for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2009 together 
with the report of the auditors thereon; 
 
(b) To appoint auditors; 
 
(c) To determine the number of directors at six; 
 
(d) To elect directors; 
 
(e) To consider and, if deemed appropriate, approve the Amended and Restated Shareholder Plan Agreement of the 
Company; and 
 
(f) To transact such further or other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment or 
adjournments thereof.

feasibility study on its wholly owned, multi-million ounce Angostura gold-silver deposit in northeastern
