Further to the announcement on 13 June 2007 regarding the appointment of
Nonkqubela Mazwai as an executive director and deputy managing director and
Nchakha Moloi as a non-executive director, this announcement contains the full
disclosures required under Schedule 2, Para (g) of the AIM Rules.



Nonkqubela Noloyiso Mazwai (34) is currently, or has been in the past five

respectively, of Motjoli Resources (Proprietary) Limited which has an interest
in 20,920,970 ordinary shares of GVM and  4,250,000 options in GVM exercisable
at 50 cents each on or before 20 September 2011.
