The Company has been notified of the purchase 575,000 ordinary shares at 1.62p
by the Saffron Trust, for which Dr Gordon Wood, Chief Operating Officer of the
Company, is a trustee.  Dr Wood's total holding in Healthcare Enterprise Group
PLC following this transaction is 251,290,631 ordinary shares, which includes
all related party holdings.
