Annual General Meeting - 13 July 2017
At the ninety seventh Annual General Meeting of Helical plc held
on Thursday 13 July 2017, all resolutions set out in the Notice of
Meeting dated 13 June 2017, except for resolution 7, were passed by
Shareholders on a show of hands. The Company announced on 12 July
2017 that Duncan Walker had stepped down from the Board with
immediate effect and as a consequence, resolution 7 to re-elect him
as a Director was withdrawn. Proxies were received by the Company
from Shareholders in advance of the Annual General Meeting as
