Erratum to Notice of AGM
Hansard Global plc ( "the Company"), the specialist long-term
savings provider, announces that it has posted to shareholders an
Erratum to the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 11 October
2016 that was sent to shareholders on the same date.
The Erratum confirms that Special Resolution 14 as set out in
the original Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 11 October 2016
omitted certain wording, in error, and should read as follows:
"that the Directors be and are hereby generally and
unconditionally authorised to exercise in respect of the Allotment
Period (as defined in the Company's articles of association)
commencing on the day following the Company's Annual General
Meeting convened for 9th November 2016 and ending on the earlier of
the date of the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held in 2017
and (if earlier) fifteen months following the Annual General
Meeting convened for 2016, all the powers of the Company to allot
for cash equity securities up to an aggregate nominal amount equal
to GBP3,000,000 (6,000,000 ordinary shares) as if article 6 of the
Company's articles of association did not apply to such
allotment."

the meeting to be held at the same time and date as originally
