DELISTING FROM AIM - RESULTS OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING AND WARRANTHOLDERS 
MEETING 
 
 
10 September 2009 - Infinity Bio-Energy Ltd (AIM: IBI.L) (the "Company") 
announces that the resolution proposed at the Company's Special General Meeting 
of Shareholders held earlier today in relation to the proposed cancellation of 
the admission to trading on AIM of the Company's common shares of par value 
$0.0015 each (the "Shares") was duly passed by Shareholders. 
As a consequence, it is anticipated that dealings in the Company's Shares on AIM 
will cease at the close of trading on 28 September 2009 and that the 
cancellation of admission to trading on AIM will be effective from 7.00 am (UK 
time) on 29 September 2009. 
The general meeting of the Company's Warrantholders which was convened for 
earlier today was not held, as the requisite quorum (at least 25% of outstanding 
warrants) of Warrantholders was not present. Accordingly, the proposed 
cancellation of the admission to trading on AIM of the Company's warrants (AIM: 
IBIW.L) (the "Warrants") was not approved by Warrantholders. 
As highlighted in the Company's circular to Shareholders and Warrantholders and 
the RNS announcement, both published on 28 August 2009, the Company's nominated 
adviser will resign upon the cancellation of the admission to trading of the 
Shares becoming effective. The listing of the Warrants will continue to be 
suspended following such resignation and if a replacement nominated adviser is 
not appointed within one month of the resignation, the listing of the Warrants 
will be cancelled by the London Stock Exchange plc. Warrantholders should be 
aware that in all the circumstances, it is extremely unlikely that an 
alternative nominated adviser would wish to be appointed.
