  issued from its block listing authority 400,000 shares at a 
  price of 248.00 pence per share. 
 As a result of this issuance, the total number of Ordinary shares 
  in issue is 229,769,355 and the total number of voting rights 
  in the Company will be 229,769,355.There are no shares held 
  in treasury.
