Intechnology plc announces that 406,356 Ordinary Shares of 1p each have been
issued and allotted following an exercise of employee options.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary
Shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue.

Following admission the capital of the Company will consist of 141,885,401
ordinary shares with voting rights.
