  The Company does not generate sufficient current year revenue receipts in excess of current 
  year revenue expenses for the net asset value per Ordinary Share including current year income 
  and expenses to exceed the net asset value per Ordinary share excluding current year income 
  and expenses (the 'capital net asset value'). Accordingly, the above figures may also be used 
  as a conservative estimate of the capital net asset value in each case.
