Issue of Ordinary Shares
The Company has today issued 214,417 ordinary shares of no par
value ("Ordinary Shares") from treasury to Russell Harte, Chief
Operating Officer of the Company. This issue represents the
Ordinary Shares agreed to be granted by the Company when Mr Harte
joined the Company, and further strengthens the alignment of
interests between management and shareholders.
As a result of this transaction, Mr Harte is beneficially
interested in 214,417 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.07% of the
Company's issued share capital.
Following this issue the Company's issued share capital consists
of 308,293,739 Ordinary Shares and 20,791,418 2019 Zero Dividend
Preference shares. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.
Therefore the total number of shares with voting rights in the
Company is 308,293,739. The above figure (308,293,739) may be used
by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which
they will determine if they are required to notify their interest
in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
