Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. (the "Company") announced today that it has priced $750 million aggregate principal amount of its 2.250% Senior Notes due 2030 (the "Notes"). The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the Notes offering for general corporate purposes, including paying down a portion of the borrowings under its revolving credit facility. The closing of the Notes offering is expected to occur on May 7, 2020, subject to certain customary closing conditions.
