Medusa was informed yesterday that as of 7 April 2011 FMR LLC
and FIL Limited were interested in a total of 19,520,643 ordinary
shares of nil par value in the Company which represents
approximately 10.37% of the issued share capital of the Company and
an increase in holding of 1,942,371 ordinary shares since the
previous notification by FMR LLC and FIL Limited on 18 February
2011.
