The Company was notified on 9 May 2016 of the following changes
to Directors' shareholdings as a result of the Fifth Tender Offer
of the Company which completed on 29 April 2016:
The number of shares held by Mr William Maltby, a non-executive
Director of the Company, reduced to 47,054 Ordinary 2p shares, of
which 9,804 Ordinary 2p shares are non-beneficial registered in the
name of Maltby Associates Limited. This aggregate holding
represents 0.33% of the Company's issued share capital.
