2008 Standard Life Investments Ltd had a beneficial interest in the Company's shares that resulted in Standard Life Investments Ltd holding
a total of 7,487,854 ordinary shares representing approximately 6.24% of the issued share capital of the Company.

    As at 4 December 2008, the Company had 119,920,953 ordinary shares in issue.
