Notice of Results -
UPDATE
AGM and GM
Nexus Infrastructure plc (AIM:NEXS),
a market-leading provider of essential infrastructure solutions,
will now announce preliminary results for the year ended 30
September 2023 on Thursday, 7
March 2024.
Annual Report,
AGM and GM
The annual report and accounts of the Company
for the financial year ended 30 September 2023 will be published on
22 March 2024 with the delay arising due to completion of the audit
process.
Accordingly, the annual report and accounts
will not be laid before shareholders at the AGM, which will be held
at 9am on 27 March 2024 at Nexus Park, Avenue East, Skyline 120,
Great Notley, Braintree, Essex, CM77 7AL.
As a result, the Company will convene a
separate General Meeting at 9am on 16 April 2024 at Nexus Park, at
which the receipt of the report and accounts, the reappointment of
the auditors and approval of the final dividend will be put to
shareholders.
Further updates will be announced with the
Notice of Meeting for the AGM and GM published in due
course.
Analyst
presentation date
As a result of the change of date,
the analyst briefing call will now be held at 9.30am on the morning
of Thursday, 7 March 2024 and those analysts wishing
to join the presentation can register for details via
nexus@almastrategic.com.
Investor
Presentation date
The management team will now provide a live
presentation relating to the results via the Investor Meet Company
platform on Friday, 8 March
2024 at 1pm.
