Exercise of Options, PDMR Dealing & Total Voting Rights

Oxford Metrics (OMG plc LSE: OMG), the international software company servicing government, life sciences, entertainment and engineering markets, announces that it has today issued and allotted 77,194 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following an exercise of options ("Options") by Adrian Carey, Non-executive Director. Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the 77,194 Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will take place and that trading will commence on AIM on 5 March 2019.

Following this transaction, Adrian Carey's total shareholding in the company is 278,004 Ordinary Shares representing 0.2 per cent of the Company's current total issued share capital and total voting rights.

Total Voting Rights

Following Admission, the Company will have 125,063,130 Ordinary Shares in issue with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company has no Ordinary Shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company following Admission will therefore be 125,063,130.
