Employee Stock Purchase Plan PDMR Notification

The Company announces that on 2 January 2024 it granted options under its US Employee Stock Purchase Plan ("ESPP") including to James (Spike) Willcocks, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") of the Company. The ESPP is an all-employee scheme operated for the Company's US employees. The options granted under the ESPP are, subject to the ESPP rules, exercisable at the end of a 12-month saving plan, which will end on 31 December 2024. This announcement is made pursuant to the Company's obligations under Article 19(3) of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
