Board Changes 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Following the Company's announcement of 24 April 2009 in which it was stated 
that Mr Paul Fraser and Mr Will Fatherley would step down in the near future and 
that amicable settlement of contractual claims between them and the Company had 
been agreed in principle - the Company announces that both Paul Fraser and Will 
Fatherley have resigned as directors of the Company with effect from 13 May 
2009. As previously disclosed the settlement does not involve any cash payment 
by the Company. 
 
 
Additionally the Company announces that Mr Faisal Belhoul has resigned as a 
director of the Company with effect from 30 April 2009.
