Transaction in own shares

Pantheon International Plc announces that on 7 June 2024, it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 6.7 pence each ("Shares") on the venues listed in the tables below through J.P. Morgan Securities plc.

Aggregate information:

The Company intends to cancel the purchased Shares.

As a result of the above transaction there are 465,303,611 Ordinary shares in issue, none of which are held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are 465,303,611. A buyback of Ordinary Shares by the Company on any trading day may represent a significant proportion of the daily trading volume in the Ordinary Shares on the Exchange.
