Change of Director Responsibilities and Directorate Change
Proton Power Systems plc (AIM: PPS), the designer, developer and
producer of fuel cells and fuel cell electric hybrid systems,
announces the following changes of Director Responsibilities,
effective from 10 August 2017:
Ian Peden is stepping down as Chairman and Company Secretary
with immediate effect, but will remain a Non-Executive Director of
the Company.
Achim Loecher, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, is
appointed as Chairman and Company Secretary with immediate
effect.
Directorate Change
The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Roman
Kotlarzewski (ACA) as Group Finance Director with effect from 10
August 2017. Roman will also join the Board as Director.
Roman, aged 59, has over 30 years' experience in finance and
accounting, having occupied financial leadership roles in
organisations ranging from startups through to private companies
and quoted UK, German and US corporations.
Roman qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Chalmers Impey,
before working at KPMG.

Roman does not currently hold, directly or indirectly, any
Ordinary Shares in the Company.
With the exception of these disclosures, there are no other
disclosures required in relation to Rule 17 or paragraph (g) of
Schedule 2 of the AIM rules for companies.
