Puma VCT plc ("the Company") 
 
As  at the close of  business on 31 January 2010, the  estimated Net Asset Value 
per ordinary share ("NAV per share") of the Company was 55.08p.  This represents 
a  gain  of  0.4 per  cent  on  the  NAV  per share since 31 December 2009 after 
allowing for the dividend of 44.85p per Ordinary Share paid on 29 January 2010. 
 The estimated fully diluted NAV per share was 54.06p.
