Changes to the Board Committees
RDI, the FTSE 250 income-focused UK-REIT, announces that it has
made the following appointments to the Board Committees: -
-- Liz Peace, an independent Non-executive Director, has been
appointed to the Corporate Social
Responsibility Committee; and
-- Robert Orr, an independent Non-executive Director, has been
appointed to the Nominations Committee, to assist with the search
for a new Chairman, following the announcement on 15 December 2017
that Greg Clarke intends to step down from the Board during
2018.
The appointments are effective from 25 January 2018.
