SAYE share
excercises and transfer of shares held in Treasury
The Company announces that on 9 August
2017, options over a total of 155,026 Ordinary shares of
0.1 pence each fully paid in the
Company at 48.3 pence per share have
been excercised by staff under the Company's All-Employee 2014 Save
As Your Earn share option scheme (SAYE).
The shares were issued by the Company by way of a transfer from
shares already held as treasury shares and no new shares were
created.
As at 9 August 2017 the Company’s
capital consisted of 303,982,031 Ordinary Shares in issue of which,
following the above transfer of shares out of treasury, 485,797
remain held as treasury shares so that the Company has 303,496,234
Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue which number may be
used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct
Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
