SuperGroup Plc ("Superdry") announces the appointment of two
Non-Executive Directors
Superdry announces the appointment of Dennis Millard as Senior
Independent Director and John Smith as Non-Executive Director with
effect from 1 February 2018.
Dennis Millard will be appointed to the Nomination and
Remuneration Committees whilst John Smith will join the
Remuneration and Audit Committees.
Superdry's current Senior Independent Director, Keith Edelman,
will step down from that role with effect from 1 February 2018 but
will remain a Non-Executive Director. Keith will also step down
from the Audit Committee on 31 March 2018.
Commenting on these changes Peter Bamford, Chairman of the
Company, said:-

Dennis has extensive PLC board experience including roles as

John has had direct experience of building global brands and
developing digital capabilities in the fashion and creative
industries.

to me as Chairman and to the other Directors in his time as Senior
Independent Director."

Notes to the announcement
Dennis Millard is currently the Chairman of Halfords Group Plc
and Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Director of Pets at Home
plc. He was previously Senior Independent Director at Debenhams plc
(until January 2017), Premier Farnell plc (until January 2015) and
Xchanging plc (until September 2012) and was also Chairman of
Connect Group plc (until May 2015).
John Smith was (until June 2017) the Chief Operating Officer of
Burberry plc a global luxury brand. Prior to that he had been a
Non-Executive Director of Burberry plc (until March 2013) and Chief
Executive of BBC Worldwide (until December 2012). He is currently a
Non-Executive Director of Travelport Worldwide Limited, a New York
Stock Exchange listed company.
Keith Edelman has been a Non-Executive Director of the Company
since February 2010 and is currently its Senior Independent
Director. He is also a member of the Audit, Nomination and
Remuneration Committees and the Executive Chairman of Revolution
Bars Group Plc.
