Grant of share options


Under the terms of its Executive Share Option Schemes, Sirius Financial
Solutions plc ("SFS") has today granted options over Ordinary Shares of 1p
each to S J Verrall and R J Bowser as follows:

The options have been granted at nil consideration. Under the terms of the
scheme, the options are subject to the performance criteria applicable to the
existing Executive Share Option Schemes as determined from time to time by the
Remuneration Committee.


In addition to these options, Messrs Verrall and Bowser each have options over
8,636 Ordinary Shares of 1p which were granted on 8 November 2001 under the
terms of SFS's Employee Save As You Earn Scheme. These options may be
exercised between 8 November 2004 and 8 May 2005 at a price of 66p per share.


Following the grant of these options, the interests of Messrs Verrall and
Bowser in the issued Ordinary Shares of SFS, which remain unchanged, were as
follows:
