Director/PDMR - shareholding

SJP announces the following changes in the holding of SJP ordinary shares held by the Director named below.

On 4 August 2015, David Bellamy, Chief Executive Officer, notified the Company that on 4 August 2015 he exercised an option to acquire 3,040 ordinary 15p shares in SJP under the SJP Share Save Scheme with an option price of GBP2.96 per ordinary share and as a result, acquired on exercise 3,040 ordinary SJP shares.

Following the above transaction, Mr Bellamy holds 1,263,080 SJP ordinary shares.

This notification is made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a).
