Availability of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General
Meeting ("AGM")
The Company announces that a copy of the annual report and
accounts for the year ended 31 March 2017, together with a Notice
of AGM, has been posted to shareholders and is now available on the
Company's website at www.terracatalystfund.com.
As announced on 27 September 2017, the Directors are seeking
shareholder approval at the AGM, inter alia, to cancel the listing
of TCF on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange and The
International Stock Exchange.
The AGM will be held at the offices of Laxey Partners Ltd, 4th
Floor, Derby House, 64 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1JD
on Tuesday 31 October 2017 at 12 noon.
