Directorate Change

Susan Levine, non-executive director, has informed the Board of her decision to step down as a director of the Company with effect from the end of the Company's upcoming 2024 Annual General Meeting, at which she will not stand for re-election.  Ms. Levine, who is one of two nominees of BC Omega Holdco, Ltd. ("Bain Capital"), the Company's largest shareholder, will remain a director and member of the ESG Committee until that time.

Bain Capital has informed the Board that it does not intend to nominate an additional person for appointment as a director to replace Ms. Levine but that it retains the right to nominate an additional person for appointment as a director under the terms of its relationship agreement with the Company dated 25 October 2017.

"I would like to thank Susan for her considerable contribution to the Company.  She has played a key role on the Board, including supporting the Company's leadership development and the Company's sustainability work though her ESG Committee membership. It has been a pleasure for my colleagues and I to work alongside her and we wish her well for the future".

This announcement has been made in accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.11R.
