On 1 July 2016 the Company announced that the Annual Report and Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 30 April 2016 had been issued. That announcement included a link to the Annual Report.

Under AIM Rule 11 any price sensitive information contained in the Annual Report should have been included in the body of the aforementioned announcement. In accordance with that requirement, the Company therefore now announces that the net asset value per ordinary share as at 30 April 2016, as stated in the Annual Report for the year ended on that date, was 19 pence.
