Glenmore Investments Limited has today notified Ultimate Finance Group Plc
("UFG") that it sold 1,459,035 UFG shares (representing 7.4% of UFG's issued
share capital) on 17 November 2004. Glenmore Investments Limited no longer has 
a notifiable interest in UFG.


W H Ireland Group plc has today notified UFG that it has acquired 487,973 
shares taking its total to 4,500,000 shares representing 22.50% of UFG's issued 
share capital.


WH Ireland is acting in concert with others whose aggregate interest (including
connected directors and discretionary clients) now amounts to 29.74% of UFG's
issued share capital.
