                      ("Zambezi Nickel" or the "Company")


                     Admission to AIM of the Offer Options


The Company is pleased to announce that application has been made for admission
to trading on AIM of the 4,729,167 options issued by way of the offer to Zambezi
Resources Limited shareholders ("Offer Options") announced on 31 October 2005.
Each Offer Option will entitle the holder to subscribe for one fully paid
ordinary share of 1p each in the ordinary share capital of the Company at 10p
per Offer Option and can be exercised up until 31 October 2006. Trading in the
Offer Options is expected to commence on AIM on 10 January 2006.


A document relating to the admission of the Offer Options to AIM, together with
the Admission Document dated 28 September 2005, is available, free of charge,
from the office of WH Ireland Limited, 11 St James's Square, Manchester, M2 6WH,
United Kingdom.
