Magnetek, Inc. (“Magnetek” or “the Company”) (NYSE: MAG) will hold
its annual meeting of stockholders at its headquarters in Menomonee
Falls, Wis. The meeting will be chaired by the Company’s chairman,
Mitchell Quain, and following the proceedings, the Company’s
president and chief executive officer, Peter McCormick, will
present the annual management report to stockholders.
In a subsequent event, on November 16, 2011 before commencement
of trading on the New York Stock Exchange, Magnetek will announce
the results of its Transition Period 2011 first quarter, which
ended on October 2, 2011. A conference call with Magnetek
management will follow at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.
Magnetek’s annual meeting of stockholders, as well as its
Transition Period 2011 first quarter results conference call, will
