Grant of Options

Frontier IP, which specialises in the commercialisation of intellectual property, is pleased to announce that its Board has granted options over ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company to the directors below.

The options have been awarded at an exercise price of 26.63 pence per share (the closing price of the ordinary shares on 6 April 2016) and the exercise period commences on the third anniversary of the date of grant and expires on the day preceding the tenth anniversary thereof.
