Greenberg Traurig, LLP, has been appointed as a Latina commissioner
for the Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA).
Since its founding in 1972, the HNBA has worked toward
representing the interest of Hispanic legal professionals in the
U.S. and has shown a commitment to advocacy on issues of importance
to U.S. residents with Hispanic heritage. As a commissioner,
Vasquez will play an essential role in the advancement of issues
that impact Latinas in the legal profession.

Vasquez focuses her practice on international compliance matters
and counsels companies doing business in international markets. She
advises on a host of compliance and transactional due diligence
issues arising out of various government regulations, including the
Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. In addition to analyzing corruption
risks in corporate transactions, Vasquez assists clients in
designing and building anti-corruption programs, assesses existing
anti-corruption programs, and advises on post-acquisition
integration of anti-corruption programs.
