TSLA is a trading symbol with a 130 P/E that is highly dependent on the $7500 taxpayers gift a Tesla buyer. Pull the taxpayer bailout and there is no profit just like with X. Musk is an impressive genius not an impressive business man.

A Covid-era used car price explosion is expected again, as people walk back decisions to buy those expensive imports, in favor of buying one that is already in the country.

How many of the Agriculture equipment companies are using foreign parts? That cost will be rolled into food prices. Forget about some of those import foods.

Hey, as some are saying on here, if you are in the market for a used Tesla, the time is now, before the prices swing up. Personally, I do not want a vehicle that can be shut down remotely by a megalomaniac with a grudge.

Folks don't fall for the trap of a con man rather it be a president or a CEO our country cannot continue in the direction it is headed if tariffs are implemented next week the average automobile will cost around $6,500 more and Tesla automobiles are not made with 100% American parts there are ripple effects associated with tariffs including what we pay at the grocery store and everything we buy in general could this trigger a recession or crash the market? Something to think about

The bigger question should be how is it that xAI has a valuation of 50 Billion in under 2 years? The truth is they can value companies whatever they want, as exemplified by TSLA, to inject capital into companies/people that have importance to the US government and the MIC that controls it. They use the media, which X is part of, to drive narratives to provide support for these valuations. So you can see why X is important to the MIC/intelligence apparatus/WallStreet and thus worth its valuation.
Why X & xAI make sense is that they are going to X data to feed and develop xAI's algorithms and then use xAI's to run narratives on social media to control what the public believes. I believe they will also use X platform to monitor for certain global environmental disturbances for quicker response times so they can deploy SpaceX rockets filled with goods to those disaster zones as soon as possible. They'll likely also send Optimus robots to those locations to help out assuming Tesla can get the tech functional enough. Sadly the robots will go out of control and combust just like Teslas do which will make it more difficult to assist. Not to mention will cause fire hazards and release toxic gases.
All Musk's businesses are interconnected in a fashion and do have important roles to play. Tesla being the least important if you take their robots out of the equation. Optimus is the only thing worth investing in. I would not trust FSD and cybercab with my life.

Fuel Pump Issues:
Toyota has expanded a previously announced safety recall involving fuel pumps, affecting certain Toyota and Lexus vehicles produced between July 2017 and September 2019.

This includes models like the 2013-2015 LS 460, 2015 GS 350, and others.
Other Recalls:
Some 2022-2023 Toyota Tundra and Lexus LX600 vehicles are recalled for a transmission issue that could allow the vehicle to roll inadvertently.
Certain 2022 Lexus ES 350 vehicles are recalled due to a short circuit that may develop in the Occupant Classification System (OCS) sensor, preventing the front passenger air bag from deploying.

WSJ article makes you wonder even more about the valuation game in the buyout
"X owner Elon Musk said growth on his platform is “stagnant” and revenue is “unimpressive” in a January email to staff...“And we’re barely breaking even,” he added of the social media site’s finances.

Musk, who also runs SpaceX and Tesla, bought the platform, then known as Twitter, for $44 billion in late 2022. But the company has seen its valuation drop since then, with Fidelity valuing it at $12.32 billion — or 72% less than what Musk paid for it"

Musk avoids a write down. With debt the full buyout X was valued at $45 billion. Funny how the merger that makes no sense for the two companies did wonders for Musks accounting game.

Why is Musk flipping and putting X under xAI
Barrons
"The one thing the X-xAI merger does for Tesla shareholders is lower the likelihood that Musk will have to sell Tesla stock to add capital to X"

X has made zero profit and the exchange values it at $33 billion? Musk creating value out of thin air for accounting purposes. Feels like he might have been near a margin call when the Secretary of State went on Fox News to pump the stock not the car. Musk getting ahead knowing we are heading into a recession and nothing gets hurt more than the Auto sector as most consumers will put off buying a new car so this summer could get really ugly for TSLA.

Odd merger that didn't do anything for the two companies.

Elon Musk is improving our democracy,

How is taking away the VOTE improving democracy~?

Why is Russia supported and not Ukraine which IS A DEMOCRACY~?

Extortion of minerals from Greenland under the guise that "it is not protected", and trying to get our neighbor to the north, Canada, to become the 51st state through tariff extortion is INSANE~!
Again, it is all about the raw material wealth that Canada holds.
This administration is copying the Putin way of doing things. Just take it.
Funny how we used to be against such actions as this and have stooped as low as a 34 count convicted felon can go. Now extorting other countries for their raw materials.
Get your head out of the sand people.

This administration plans on devaluing the dollar so much as to make it competitive with China, Mexico, and other countries so production comes back to the United States~? Insane~!
And what will the cost of goods be if it succeeds~? Inflation will be through the roof.

Production coming back to the US~? LMAO~!
AI will end up taking the vast majority of jobs anyway. This administration is a stupid clown show.

Delusional at best............. but do keep trying to support fascism.

Location:Tesla Showroom•2935 N Orange Blossom Trail, Kissimmee, FL 34744 US

Elon Musk is improving our democracy, and he's using the fortune he built at Tesla to do it. We are taking nonexerted action at Tesla to stop Musk's illegal chicken coup.

⚡Tell your Seslas, dump your socks, join the takeout lines.

⚡ We're watching Tesla's stock price increase to stop Musk.

⚡ Not stopping Musk will help live saves and protect our Democratic Republic.

The steaks couldn’t be rarer. No one is coming to join us. Not politicians, not the media, not the courts, not Sam Altman Banks.

Couple of things:
*Although politics are not allowed on stock specific boards, Musk's involvement in the US government and with the Trump administration, make this fair discussion for this board.
*However, no one should be inserting remarks about other Members of this site and what you believe to be their political leanings (i.e. "you're a Maga loser", "Clearly you're a deranged Lib")
*Discussion of minors on this site is against the rules. There have been a couple of comments about Musk's son recently, leave him, and other minors, out of your posts.

No "Whompy Wheel"/Suspension failure issue that has impacted tens of thousands of Teslas. The Wheels, at times, literally come off. Sometimes they fracture but remain attached.

Wheels falling off cars at speed. Suspensions collapsing on brand-new vehicles. Axles breaking under acceleration. Tens of thousands of customers told Tesla about a host of part failures on low-mileage cars. The automaker sought to blame drivers for vehicle ‘abuse,’ but Tesla documents show it had tracked the chronic ‘flaws’ and ‘failures’ for years.

These problems are caused by the Hutchison Effect. Its the only explanation for why its impacted every consumer model and year of Tesla including the new Model Y Juniper.

One of the Tesla’s front wheels has been torn off, complete with the hub, brake caliper, and brake disc, only leaving behind some suspension arms. The front quarter panel has also been destroyed and is covered in deep dents and scratches. Additionally, the front door has been ruined, as has the wing mirror.
Here's another example of it in action...while car was in motion. Its the whompy wheel that causes the "reckless driving".

Someone Already Crashed A 2026 Tesla Model Y Juniper After Only 197 Miles - Hutchison Effect caused tire to rip off Whompy Wheel style?

One of the Tesla’s front wheels has been torn off, complete with the hub, brake caliper, and brake disc, only leaving behind some suspension arms. The front quarter panel has also been destroyed and is covered in deep dents and scratches. Additionally, the front door has been ruined, as has the wing mirror.
I dont know about you, but it looks like this brand new Model Y Juniper suffered Hutchison Effect related failure which likely led to the accident. The nature of the surrounding damage does not look like it should have resulted in the level of loss that occurred to the front passenger tire. Again showing every consumer model of Tesla has experienced this problem; unaware of this occurring to a Semi yet.

Hutchison Effect & Teslas Whompy Wheel issue

Jain is one of tens of thousands of Tesla owners who have experienced premature failures of suspension or steering parts, according to a Reuters review of thousands of Tesla documents. The chronic failures, many in relatively new vehicles, date back at least seven years and stretch across Tesla’s model lineup and across the globe, from China to the United States to Europe, according to the records and interviews with more than 20 customers and nine former Tesla managers or service technicians.

https://www.reuters.com/investigates/special-report/tesla-musk-steering-suspension/

The exact cause of the Hutchison Effect is unknown in public spheres as it is classified under national security. However the most likely culprit seems to be a combination of electromagnetic sources coming together in a way to change the makeup of metals leading to their rusting, softening, fracturing, complete breaking, even dustification. Keep in mind the degree of metal materials that are within our buildings and infrastructure...even in concrete. Maybe this is why we are seeing an increase in building and bridge collapses?

It may be American made, but are the parts that go into it 100% sourced from American materials? Likely no, so the cost of parts will most likely flow into the cost of the vehicles, and away from the bottom line.

Trump is as much about Tesla as Musk is. And...you full well know it. Or did you miss the dog and pony show at the WH with a half dozen Tesla's--which was illegal.

Trump is very much relevant to ANY Tesla post. People count just as much as cars when violence happens.

This isn't that type of forum. This is.....

a stock specific board as explained in the TOS we all agreed to follow.

My comment was about TSLA, yours wasn't.

Happy Friday!

If anyone had $250-275K to trade you could make 2-5K per day easily just playing the dips because it's so volatile. I wouldn't hold this garbage more than 1-2 hours.
