ITE announces that it has applied to the UK Listing Authority and the London
Stock Exchange for listing of 48,519 shares issued to Iain Paterson (Non
Executive Chairman) as part of his remuneration package.

It is expected that admission of these shares will become effective and dealings
commence on 7 July 2003.
