Update on Defence Extension; Temporary Suspension of Trading

Silverwood Brands plc (AQSE: SLWD), a holding company established to invest primarily in branded consumer businesses, wishes to update shareholders following the announcements on 27 July 2023 announcing service of legal proceedings by Lush Cosmetics Limited and Cosmetic Warriors Limited (together "Lush"), and of 14 August 2023 and 19 September 2023, announcing extensions for the Company to serve its defence. Silverwood has mutually agreed a further extension with Lush for the Company to serve its defence by 4 p.m. on 9 October 2023.

Trading in the Company's ordinary shares on the Access segment of the Aquis Growth Market has been suspended today, as the Company has delayed publishing its interim results for the 6 months ended 30 June 2023.
