Enneurope plc ("Enneurope") Recommended Offers for New Opportunities Investment
                               Trust PLC ("NOIT")

As stated in the offer announcement released on 24 June 2003, as at that date

On 7 May 2003 WestLB Panmure made an offer (the "Offer") on behalf of Protherics

otherwise have been entitled to receive under the terms of the Offer) to EVER
2056.

received irrevocable undertakings to accept the Offers in respect of 6,204,828
NOIT Shares (representing approximately 26.4 per cent. of NOIT's issued
redeemable ordinary share capital). Therefore Enneurope now owns or has received

Shares in aggregate, representing approximately 30.1 per cent. of NOIT's issued
redeemable ordinary share capital.
