                            DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS


The Company announces that Lionheart Group Inc, a company in which John
Radziwill and Duncan Soukup have an interest, acquired 2,850 ordinary shares of
2 pence each in the Company at 39 pence per share on 22 December 2003. John
Radziwill and Duncan Soukup are Chairman and Managing Director of the Company
respectively.


In summary, the interests of these parties in Acquisitor Plc are now as follows:
