Shareholders are advised that the Combined (Ordinary and Extraordinary) Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. CEST at the Palais des Congrès de Paris, 2 place de la Porte Maillot, 75017 Paris, France.

The preliminary notice of meeting, published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires on March 23, 2015, contains information on the agenda, the proposed resolutions and the procedures for attending and voting.
