                               Additional Listing


Application has today been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for a total of 500,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the
London Stock Exchange's main market ("Admission") under a block listing for the
exercise of options under the Performance Related Stock Option Scheme.


Admission of the Ordinary Shares is expected to become effective from 26
September 2003.
