Greenback Slips From 4-day High Versus South African Rand

After hitting a 4-day high of 7.5250 by about 10:00 am TE, the
US dollar slipped against its South African counterpart during New
York afternoon deals on Friday. The greenback dropped to 7.3850
versus the rand as of 12:50 pm ET, compared to 7.4680 hit late New
York Thursday. The dollar is currently trading near 7.4009 versus
the rand.
