Analog Devices Expects Higher 4Q Earnings, Revenue

Analog Devices Inc. said it expects profit and revenue for the
fiscal fourth quarter to rise from the prior year as it sees strong
bookings across end markets.
The semiconductor company on Wednesday said it expects revenue
of $1.78 billion, plus or minus $70 million, for the quarter. It
posted fourth-quarter revenue of $1.53 billion in the same period
last year.
The company said it expects earnings of $1.33 a share, plus or
minus 11 cents a share. It posted earnings of $1.04 a share in the
year-ago period.
On an adjusted basis, the company said it sees adjusted earnings
of $1.72 a share, plus or minus 11 cents a share.
