the reopening of Chinese plants, while French train maker Alstom
has reached a preliminary deal to buy Bombardier's train business.

A court in Germany has temporarily halted the deforestation of a
Tesla site in Brandenburg. This follows a motion by environmental
group Gruene Liga Brandenburg, which wants to prevent tree felling
for the car maker's planned factory. -Welt
