1451 EST [Dow Jones]--Gap Inc. is one of the most talked- about companies in the U.S. across all news items in the last 12 hours, according to Factiva data. Gap said Thursday that a launch with Amazon Fashion in the U.S. and Canada would include essentials such as hoodies, T-shirts and denim, plus babyGap-branded items such as nursery furniture and strollers. In August, Gap withdrew its full-year outlook and said it was taking actions to reduce inventory. Gap shares rose 8.6% Thursday and were up 8.3% Friday to $12.49. Dow Jones & Co. owns Factiva.
