Item 8.01 Other Events.

On March 15, 2024, the Board of Directors of Equity Bancshares, Inc. declared a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.12 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2024, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 29, 2024.
