First Federal Bancorp Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend ZANESVILLE, Ohio, June 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- First Federal Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ:FFBZ) today announced its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per common share, a 9% increase over the amount paid for the same period last year. The dividend is payable on July 5, 2004 to shareholders of record on June 27, 2004. J.
