On August 4, 2021, Flexion Therapeutics, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2021, and made available on its corporate website a presentation of certain additional operating results. Copies of the press release and presentation are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively.
