Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

Effective August 14, 2024, John Wood, a Director of Greenwave Technology Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company that he resigned from the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) effective immediately. Mr. Wood’s resignation is not the result of a dispute or disagreement with the Company.
