Item 2.02

Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On February 11, 2019, Multi-Color Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2018. The Company will hold a conference call on Monday February 11, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss the financial results. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
